SEARMADA AFRICA LIMITED Is a fully owned Nigerian Company; lncorpora1ed under the Companies and Allied Matters. Act, 2020. Laws of Federal Republic of Nigeria to provide and pioneer State of the Art Foreign Direct Investment Services and solutions primarily focusing on the EbughuIbom Energy City Development Project and Ancillary services arising globally therefrom.
We are primarily involved In the engineering. fabricating, construction, installation, commissioning, maintenance. inspection and procurement of engineering equipment/facilities, provisional specialized engineering services and provision/management of associated technical manpower supply incidental to our Objectives and the many incidental industry streams.
We operate with a varied array of Committed, Joint and Strategic partnerships with key service -providers, manufacturer, stocking distributors, buying houses and International recruitment companies/agencies: we are licensed and well positioned to provide time tested products and services In entirety of our mentioned areas of concern and more by better facilitating and Implementing the needs of our partners and clients and Projects alike.
With the careful Planning and Integration of the Construction and Delivery of each of the facets of the Individual Projects the Smart City will begin to codify even faster than planned.
The City Main Designated Areas;
- Industrial Area: The 5 Base Industrial Components and Tank farm with Terminalling Facilities which shall occupy an area of 75hectares approximately.
- Commercial Area (Warehousing, Factory Floors for Light and Heavy Processing Industries) Shopping Centre and Local Markets
- Truck and Trailer Park with Maintenance facilities
- Residential Area: Low, Middle, High/Luxury Income Groups,
- Sports, Recreation, Schools, Hospitals, Religious Accommodation, Cemetery.
- Roads (Trunk; Major/Minor & Inter/Intra City Linkages) Beach Area, Railway-DLR, Waterfront Terminals for Human & Cargo

Smart City and Extension Dev. Projects
The city plan concept is modelled after the Akwa Ibom State Government’s 8-POINT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY which are; to create through Value Addition, Tourism Access, Employment, Physical and Financial Linkages and Development through the attraction and use of the Foreign Direct Investment Model and Template.
Gas-TO-Power Generation & Green ENERGY Projects
A wholly-owned Subsidiary in Partnership with Messrs Industrial Electrical Projects Company (IEPC) Kuwait leading the Power Generation Engineering and Services Company (PGESCo) Egypt. ANS Energy, UK whilst SOLARSOL EG, Egypt and Others form a Spread and Combination of Mechanized Gas-to-Power and Renewable Energy Sources respectively.
Logistics & Support Services
Logistics applies to all the Support services, Procurement, Information, Transportation, Inventory, Warehousing, Material handling, Packaging, Disposal, and Security within the business sector. It includes the Human resources that will drive the Construction, the Equipment Hire, Lease or other Contracting as requisition needed though out the value chain
Modular Refinery
The refinery will consist of two units of 5,000 BPD each, with a Stream-day total capacity of 10,000 barrels per day, about 500 thousand metric tons per year of the feedstock. It guarantees a smooth run with minimal average maintenance activity of the refinery planned to last 10-14 days a year.
Natural Gas Processing Facilities for LPG
We are almost concluding the process of tying-up a Complex Long-Term Exploration, Production and Processing Agreement for a Gas-fertile and endowed Marginal field in which we have Interests alongside other Nigerian Producers.
