The Searmada Africa Limited shall work to process into Refined Petroleum Products; Diesel, Gasoline, Jet A1 fuel, Cooking gas, Liquefied Natural Gas, Special Marine Fuels utilizing the abundant Crude oil and gas in the State and Nigeria
SEARMADA AFRICA LIMITED shall work in collaboration with Chemex Modular, LLC the leading supplier for new modular equipment to Construct and deliver the 10,000 barrels per stream day Modular Refinery plant to process into Refined Petroleum Products;
Diesel, Gasoline, Jet A1 fuel, Cooking gas, Special Marine Fuels utilizing the abundant Crude oil and gas in the State and Nigeria
VRSH UNIT
A proprietary and new technology, specially designed Vacuum Residue Slurry Hydrocracking Unit to process the bottoms produced and typically used for Asphalt and Bitumen. This Unit is a breakthrough in heavy oil upgrading technology and will be used to produce LHFO(less than 5%) Marine Bunker Fuel.
The inclusion of this Unit will ensure IMO-2020-compliant Bunker fuels
Modular Fabrication Facilities
Chemex Modular is Vendor OEM and will fabricate the modular, skid-mounted process units in its new United States shop located near Houston in New Waverly, Texas. Following fabrication, it will be packaged and prepared for domestic or international shipments. Due to the proximity to the Port of Houston, Chemex will ship the modular equipment direct to Nigeria. The Refinery, and the Penrith-designed Gas Processing and Treating Facilities will be fabricated at the Chemex Modular Facility.
